Exam center expansion will provide life insurers and applicants more appointment options
In today’s on-the-go world, many applicants prefer the convenience of completing their life insurance exam on the way to their next meeting or event. Today, ExamOne offers applicants the choice of more than 700 exam center locations across the country.
In order to provide even more options and appointments, ExamOne and Quest Diagnostics are expanding life insurance exam capabilities to the broader national network of Quest Patient Service Centers. Part of this expansion has included investments in our scheduling platform integrations to streamline processing and enable consistent experiences for life insurance exams at any Quest or ExamOne center across the country.
A limited pilot began in April 2018 and will expand at the end of July to include the Great Midwest region. The pilot is evaluating the system integrations to identify additional opportunities to help life insurers place more applicants, as well as decrease turnaround time and improve the applicant experience. The expanded pilot includes a select group of Quest exam centers in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Ohio and Wisconsin.
The final expansion, which will add approximately 1,500 location options to the ExamOne network, is expected to be completed in fourth quarter 2018.
