ExamOne adds more locations to exam center network
ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics® company, has further expanded its life insurance exam center network with an additional 820 Quest Patient Service Centers (PSC). This expansion provides life insurers and applicants with access to 2,300 exam centers nationwide and adds more than 74,000 weekly appointment times.
“This expansion completes a key initiative we began in 2018 to improve the consumer experience by providing life insurers and their applicants with more options for completing the life insurance process,” said Stuart Smith, ExamOne President. “With more appointment times available across the country, and with more convenient exam options available, we are seeing an improvement in consumer satisfaction which is resulting in higher applicant completion percentages.”
