Pre-populating laboratory ID slips to improve applicant experience and reduce data entry errors

We are excited to announce that our laboratory ID slip will now be pre-populated with applicant demographic information and order information. As we make enhancements to our processes, our goal is to ensure these updates will result in a better experience for you and for your applicants.

All clients will receive electronic copies of the laboratory ID slip effective October 1, 2018. A pre-populated ID form will replace the one that was previously completed by the examiner. This pre-populated forms process will help eliminate examiner data entry errors, improve paperwork quality and enhance your applicant’s experience. The results will be clearly typed and easier to read.

A signature will still be required at the time of the exam and will be passed over as a wet signature, while the applicant’s biometrics will remain handwritten. There will be no fee for this enhancement or any implementation associated with this change.
